COSTS & TIMING
Orders are normally despatched within three working days of receipt and are delivered by Parcelforce within three to five working days.
Carriage is free on all UK mainland orders above £125.00 excluding VAT. UK mainland orders under £125.00 excluding VAT are subject to a carriage charge of £7.75.
Carriage is payable on all overseas orders and to outlying parts of the UK and will be advised prior to despatch.
Delivery usually takes place between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct delivery address details as we cannot be held responsible for any mis-delivery arising from incorrect information.
CANCELLATIONS
Online orders are transacted immediately, therefore you cannot cancel or amend an order once you have checked out and payment has been taken.
RETURNS
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if the products are returned in original packaging to us within 30 days of invoice date, we will issue a refund for the products.
We pack all the products with great care, but if you find any of the products damaged we will of course replace them immediately. Any damage or shortfall should be notified to us within ten days of receipt. Please do not sign for them upon delivery should the exterior packing be compromised and forward a photograph to us so that we may take the matter up with the courier company.
